1. Introduction
Welcome to Drama VibeHub ("the App"), provided by mnas_developer ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the App. Some dramas or videos may contain mature themes, and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, sell, lease, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
4. Content and Streaming
Drama VibeHub lets you stream dramas, episodes, short reels, and videos over the internet. It also includes a video player for media files already stored on your device.
Streamed content is for personal viewing within the App only. The App does not offer downloading or offline viewing of streamed content, and you may not record, copy, download, re-upload, or redistribute any content from the App.
Content availability may vary by region and may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
Streaming uses mobile data or Wi-Fi. Your network provider's data charges may apply.
Content titles, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us at the email below with details, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
When you play files stored on your device, those files stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are solely responsible for the local files you play.
5. Screen Mirroring and Screen Casting
The App supports Screen Mirroring and Screen Casting to compatible external displays and devices. These features depend on your device, the receiving device, and your network. We do not guarantee compatibility with every TV or device. You are responsible for ensuring that casting content to an external display is lawful and appropriate where you are.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully. You must not:
Record, capture, download, or redistribute content from the App
Use the App to play, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or its functionality
Interfere with the App's security, performance, servers, or normal operation
Click on advertisements repeatedly or artificially, or use bots, scripts, or any automated method to generate ad impressions or clicks
7. Advertisements
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized depending on your device settings and consent choices. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services offered through them.
8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide access to premium features, content, or an ad-free experience, depending on the subscription plan available in the App.
Subscription plans, billing periods, prices, and any applicable offers are displayed directly in the App and through the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, applicable taxes, and other factors determined by Google Play.
Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other billing basis. The specific plans and options available to you will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time, the App may offer free trials or promotional offers for eligible users. If a free trial is available, the trial duration and the price that will apply after the trial ends will be displayed on the subscription screen and in the Google Play payment screen before you confirm the purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription with a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel it before the trial ends. Eligibility for free trials and promotional offers is determined by Google Play and may be limited to eligible users.
Auto-renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or every 3 months, depending on your plan) at the then-current price until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the end of the free trial (if any) and at the start of each renewal period.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in Google Play. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Drama VibeHub and tap Cancel subscription. If you cancel before the free trial ends, you will not be charged. After cancelling, you keep Premium access until the end of the current trial or paid period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Price changes and offers
Prices may vary by region and may change, and you will be notified as required by Google Play. We may change or withdraw trial offers for new users at any time. The terms shown to you at the time of purchase apply.
Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. We do not have access to your payment details. Purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but refund requests may be processed through Google Play in accordance with its refund policies.
9. Permissions
The App may request permissions such as internet and network state access, access to media/video files on your device, notifications, and screen on/off state for casting and playback. These permissions are used only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage permissions at any time from your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

The App, including its name, logo, design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior permission. Dramas, videos, and other third-party content, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
13. Updates to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features or content of the App at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to work properly.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination or uninstalling does not cancel an active subscription; you must cancel it through Google Play.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App, streaming, or casting will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region, on every network, or on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or data charges.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless applicable law in your country provides otherwise.
