Terms and Conditions – VibHub HD Video Player & Music

1. Introduction

Welcome to VibHub HD Video Player & Music ("the App"), provided by mnas_developer ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, sell, lease, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

4. Your Media and Content

VibHub HD Video Player & Music is a media player. It does not host, provide, or distribute any video or audio content. The App only plays media files that already exist on your device. Your media files stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you play and for ensuring you have the legal right to use it.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully. You must not:

Use the App to play, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others

Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or its functionality

Interfere with the App's security, performance, or normal operation

Click on advertisements repeatedly or artificially, or use bots, scripts, or any automated method to generate ad impressions or clicks

6. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized depending on your device settings and consent choices. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services offered through them.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an optional Premium subscription ("Premium") that removes advertisements from the App.

Free trial and price

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the free trial.

When the free trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription of $2.00 USD per week (or the equivalent local price shown in Google Play, including applicable taxes), unless you cancel before the free trial ends.

The free trial is available once per user. Eligibility is determined by Google Play.

The trial length, price, and billing period are shown on the subscription screen and in the Google Play payment sheet before you confirm your purchase.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every week at the price above until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the end of the free trial and at the start of each weekly renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime in Google Play: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select VibHub HD Video Player & Music → Cancel subscription. If you cancel before the free trial ends, you will not be charged. After cancelling, you keep access to Premium until the end of the current trial or paid period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

Price changes and offers

Prices may vary by region and may change, and you will be notified as required by Google Play. We may change or withdraw trial offers for new users at any time; the terms shown to you at the time of purchase apply.

Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. We do not have access to your payment details. Purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but refund requests may be processed through Google Play in accordance with its refund policies.

8. Permissions

The App may request permissions such as access to media files, notifications, internet access, and foreground service for background playback. These permissions are used only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage permissions anytime from your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

The App, including its name, logo, design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior permission. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Updates to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to work properly.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not cancel an active subscription; you must cancel it through Google Play.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to play every media format or file. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or files.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless applicable law in your country provides otherwise.
